Vintage Settlement Service was conceived and founded in
2000 by Bill Van Dyke. Bill, the owner and president of Paradigm
Mortgage Services wanted to ensure that his unique portfolio
of clients received exemplary service through the settlement
process. The goal was and remains clear; whether refinancing
their current residence, or settling on their dream home –
the service level must be beyond comparison.
With a focus on quality and service Vintage set out
to assemble a management team that would reflect their vision
and commitment. Conversations with numerous realtors and mortgage
brokers revealed numerous concerns about the settlement process.
One underlying theme dominated: the lack of timely communication
and follow-up led to settlements not taking place on time,
and delays in paying realtors and mortgage companies. With
this data in hand the Vintage’s mission was clear –
“provide a level of service, responsiveness, and professionalism
unmatched in the industry.”
To implement this vision Vintage turned to service
industry executive, Barry DesRoches. Barry brought a unique
skill set to Vintage. Barry served as an executive with two
national homebuilders thus having coordinated and managed
hundreds of settlements. Additionally, Barry’s experience
included hands on service industry leadership – enhancing
processes and implementing quality measures to ensure smooth
and efficient operations. Barry’s track record is to
deliver unparalleled customer service – thus at Vintage
the commitment to customer satisfaction is absolute.
