Carolyn Broseker, Esquire joins forces with Capitol Title, bringing experience, knowledge and a unique perspective.

Carolyn is a self-motivated, results-oriented attorney who believes that “it’s not business, it’s personal!”  She has been practicing law for more than 2 decades, specializing in commercial finance and real estate. Carolyn strives to make sure every client’s settlement experience is exceptional! She is dedicated to making the settlement process easy and efficient. Her combined experience as an entrepreneur in both law and title gives her a unique skill set, making her an amazing addition to Capitol Title as its Regional Director.

Over the years, Carolyn has owned and operated Homeland Title, successfully providing full-service title, settlement and escrow services. In 2011, Carolyn expanded and opened Homeland Legal & Financial, LLC.  This expansion was in response to her clients’ needs and provided legal support and services, in connection with the real estate settlements.

Carolyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both History and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. After obtaining a Juris Doctorate from The University of Baltimore School of Law in 2001, Carolyn worked as an attorney in commercial finance.  She then joined Homeland Title & Escrow, Ltd in 2005 and ultimately acquired the business. In 2021, Carolyn made the decision to expand her horizons and to join Capitol Title Group.

Ms. Broseker is active in the Anne Arundel County community, supporting many charitable organizations including the Chartwell Foundation and Arundel Medical Center Foundation Building Traditions Society. She is a member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, the Maryland Land Title Association and the Maryland Bar Association.

She currently resides in Severna Park on the Severn River with her husband, her 2 children, and their dog, Boots. When she is not working, you will find Carolyn on the sports fields with her kids, going on runs with Boots, or boating on the Severn.  This definitely does not help her golf game!
